Is our data used to train AI models?
Short answer: no. Your learners' data is yours. It is never fed into model training, and you stay in control of it.
Never used for training
Learner data — decisions, responses, recordings, scores — is never used to train AI models, ours or anyone else's. AI Assist helps you author content; it does not learn from your learners.
How it's protected
- Encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+)
- Hosted on AWS in the UK for full data residency
- Role-based access with audit logging
Your data, your control
You can export or delete your organisation's data at any time. There's no lock-in on the evidence you've captured.
