10–14 weeks. Discovery and scripting take 2–3 weeks, on-site filming is 1–3 days inside weeks 4–5, and post-production is 6–9 weeks depending on revision rounds.
Yes — UK travel and accommodation is included in every package. International filming is available on request (we've filmed in Ireland, Australia, and across Europe) and is quoted separately based on destination.
Every scenario includes 1 revision round during production. After launch, there's a 30-day refinement window for small fixes (typos, voice-over edits, hotspot reordering) at no charge. Larger changes are quoted at £750 per additional round.
Yes. Additional scenarios are £1,750 each, at the same fixed price. If we can bundle them into a single filming visit, you save the additional travel cost too. Volume discounts available on 4+ scenarios.
Yes — the finished scenarios are your IP. You can use them in your organisation, white-label them, and (with Marketplace partner status) sell them on the Node XR Marketplace at the 70/30 split.
