Partner programme questions, answered.
Tiers are based on your trailing 12-month Revenue Generated (the gross contract value Node XR invoices from your Partner-Led Deals and Partner-Introduced Opportunities combined). Pilot £0–£49,999 · Professional £50,000–£149,999 · Enterprise £150,000+. Tiers are reviewed quarterly. New partners who hit £25,000 in their first 6 months are auto-upgraded to Professional without waiting for the next review.
Education licences (Department £2,500 · Faculty £7,500 · Institution £15,000) carry lower margin than Commercial deals. To keep both Node XR and partners profitable on Education sales, the percentage rates are halved — Pilot 15% / Professional 17.5% / Enterprise 20% for partner-led, 5–7.5% for affiliate introductions.
24 months from the date of the customer's first payment. After that, the recurring share ceases automatically. You still keep the initial commission earned on the original deal.
All partner payments are made within 30 days of Node XR receiving payment from the end customer. Recurring shares are paid quarterly in arrears. Real-time earnings dashboard shows pending, earned, and projected commission.
Register a prospective opportunity by email and you get a 90-day exclusivity window on that customer. During that window, any inbound enquiry from the same prospect is routed to you as a Partner-Led Deal.
Partner-Led: you identify the customer, manage the sales process, and close the deal — earning the full tier commission (30–40%) plus 24-month recurring share. Affiliate: you make a warm introduction — Node XR closes the deal and you earn a one-time introduction fee (10–15% by tier).
Yes. Node XR carries Cyber Essentials Plus, NHS DSPT compliance, and is on the NHS Framework. You don't need separate procurement.
Yes. Many partners run Partner-Led Deals in their primary market and submit Partner-Introduced Opportunities elsewhere. Marketplace creators (70/30 split) are a separate programme on top — also stackable.
