Acceptance

By accessing or using Node XR you agree to these terms. If you are using Node XR on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

Node XR may not be used to author or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts in breach of this clause.

Free tier limits

The free tier is provided as a taster of the full product. Limits (2D + one 360° video, three publishes maximum) are part of the offer. Attempting to circumvent these limits is a breach of these terms.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed annually unless otherwise stated. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See Pricing for current rates.

Liability

Node XR is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the twelve months preceding any claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
