What is an immersive wall, and do I need special hardware?
An immersive wall lets a whole group share one immersive experience at once — no headset per person — and Node XR publishes to it from the same scenario you build for everything else.
What an immersive wall is
It's a multi-screen panoramic projection space, often a 270° or 360° room. Everyone in the room sees the same environment together, which makes it ideal for group training, debriefs, exhibitions and immersive classrooms.
What Node XR publishes to it
- 2D presentations and slide-style content
- 360° images and video across the full panorama
- 3D environments and models
- Hotspot groups mapped to each wall or screen
Works with the room you have
Node XR serves multi-wall hardware from the same build that drives headsets and browsers. If you already have an immersive room, you don't need new kit — and if you're planning one, our walls team can advise.
