Sharing is built into the licence model. You buy once for the organisation, then run it for as many learners as you have.

Every enrolled learner

The organisation-wide licence covers every learner at your institution, so there is no per-seat gate on who can play a scenario you have bought.

Unlimited cohorts and intakes

Run it across as many cohorts, terms and intakes as you need — the licence does not reset or meter by group.

Independent of Node Creator

Cohort sharing applies whether or not you hold a Node Creator licence; the licence only affects editing and multi-device deployment, not how many learners can run it.
