Do you offer onboarding or training for our team?

Node XR is fully no-code, so onboarding is optional help for a faster rollout rather than a prerequisite.

Onboarding options

  • Onboarding workshop: £2,000, optional, for hands-on help getting started
  • NHS DSPT Onboarding: £1,500, bundled with the standard workshop
  • Enterprise: up to 50 creator workshop hours and a content build retainer

Ongoing support by plan

  • Pilot: priority support with a 24-hour SLA
  • Professional and Faculty: a named engineer with a 4-hour SLA
  • Enterprise and Institution: a dedicated customer success manager and on-site quarterly business reviews

No setup fee

There are no setup fees: you pay the plan price, and onboarding is an optional extra. Most first-time creators publish a working scenario within 20 minutes.
