What is the difference between Partner-Led and Affiliate?
The two routes reflect how much of the sale you own. The more you carry, the more you earn.
Partner-Led
You identify the customer, manage the sales process and close the deal. You earn the full tier commission — 30–40% — plus the 24-month recurring share.
Affiliate
You make a warm introduction and Node XR closes the deal. You earn a one-time introduction fee of 10–15% depending on tier.
You can run both
Many partners close Partner-Led deals in their core market and submit affiliate introductions elsewhere — the two are stackable.
