FAQ
Getting started
Can we run a pilot before committing?
There are several low-risk ways to test Node XR with real learners before you sign an annual contract.
Low-risk options
- 14-day full trial: £0, no credit card, full Pilot or Department features
- Single Month Pass: £199 one-time, a month of Pilot or Department access for a single intake
- Free tier: no time limit, so one person can find out whether they want to author
- Monthly billing: the standard rate, cancel any time
Pilot is also a plan name
Pilot is the name of the entry commercial plan (£6,000 a year), and Department is its education and public sector equivalent (£2,500 a year). You do not need to buy either plan to run a pilot project: the trial and month pass above are designed for that stage.
How to measure a pilot
Pick one module or cohort and measure it against the previous cohort. Schools can also ask about a free pilot for one term with one class.
