What if we have multiple Pods or Rooms?
Immersive-wall licensing is per install, because each physical space has its own surfaces, calibration and pipeline. When you run several, we bring them under one commercial arrangement.
One licence per install
A licence covers a single Pod or Room. That keeps the cost tied to the hardware Node XR actually drives, rather than to how many people use the space.
Multi-site, single quote
Running several installs — say three Rooms across two campuses — is handled as one combined quote rather than a stack of separate line items, so procurement and renewals stay simple.
