How long does it take to build a scenario?
Build time depends less on the software than on what you are capturing and how much you are assessing. The first build takes the longest, and later ones reuse the same library.
How fast is a first build?
Most first-time creators publish their first working scenario within 20 minutes. The editor is no-code, and AI Assist can draft a scenario script, branching dialogue, assessment questions, marking criteria and hotspot placement to start from.

Real projects have ranged from minutes to a few weeks.

How long does a done-for-you build take?
Node XR Studio delivers done-for-you scenarios, including on-site 360° filming, in 10 to 14 weeks from kickoff to launch. Discovery and scripting take two to three weeks, on-site filming one to three days, and post-production six to nine weeks.
