Can I update a scenario after it goes live?
Keeping content current is one of the main reasons to author rather than buy. A scenario your own team built can change the week a protocol does.
Who makes the changes?
Your own team does. Changes are made in the editor and published immediately, without waiting on an agency or a vendor roadmap. Event teams use this to adjust content during a show, and NHS educators to update a scenario the same day a protocol changes.
How far does one update reach?
Everywhere the content is used. Updating an asset once updates every experience that uses it, and an update to a published scenario rolls out everywhere at once rather than site by site.
What about Studio and Marketplace scenarios?
Both can be changed. Studio scenarios are deployed to your own Node XR platform and stay editable, with a free 30-day window after launch for small fixes by the Studio team. Marketplace scenarios can be adapted and republished if you hold a Node Creator licence, and the original creator's version stays available to revert to.
