Can apprentices use scenarios on site, away from college?
Apprentices are rarely all in one place, so any plan that depends on everyone being in the headset room on Tuesday fails on logistics rather than on learning.
How access works
Every scenario publishes as a link, which can sit in your VLE, in an email or behind a QR code on a poster or workshop wall. You choose per scenario whether it is open to anyone with the link, email verified or login only.
What a tutor sees
Decisions, retries, time on task and score are recorded per learner regardless of device, so on-site completions are not a separate dataset to reconcile.
