Can I use PowerPoint slides and PDFs in a scenario?
You can reuse the decks and documents you already have. PowerPoint needs one conversion step today, and documents can go in several places.
How to bring in PowerPoint slides
Export each slide to PNG and add it as a 2D scene. Direct .pptx import is not supported yet, so the PNG route is the reliable way to reuse a deck today. Once a slide is in, you place hotspots on it by clicking, exactly as you would on a 360° image.
Where PDFs and other documents fit
- As a scene in its own right: a scene can be a document as well as an image, video or 3D model
- Attached to a hotspot, so the learner opens the protocol or product sheet at the point it matters
- As source material for AI Assist, which drafts a scenario around the documents you upload
AI drafts stay under your control
Anything AI Assist drafts from your documents is fully editable before you publish. The judgement about what the scenario teaches should come from your subject experts, not the tool.
