What kinds of media can I upload?
Node XR takes the media you already have and handles stitching, projection and playback for you, so the main question is which plan you are on.
Formats you can upload
- 360° images and 360° video
- Flat images: JPEG and PNG
- Video: MP4 and MOV
- 3D models: glTF and GLB
- Gaussian splats (.splat)
- Audio: WAV and MP3
- Documents, including HTML
- PowerPoint slides, once exported to PNG (direct .pptx import is not supported yet)
What the free tier includes
The free tier covers 2D and 360° images with every hotspot type. 360° video, 3D models and Gaussian splats come with a paid plan, and nothing you build on the free tier is thrown away when you upgrade.

You can generate a 360° scene from a text prompt with AI Assist, build the scenario on it, and replace it with your own footage later.
