Can people open a scenario from a QR code or a link?
Links are the normal way scenarios reach people, which makes a QR code an easy next step for posters, stands and printed handouts.
You control who can open each link
Access is set per scenario, so an open demo and a confidential assessment can sit in the same account under different rules. Share links can also be time-limited.
- Public link: anyone with the URL can play
- Email-verified: learners confirm an email to enter
- Full login: only authenticated organisational users
QR codes at events and on site
At an exhibition, a QR code lets visitors open a self-guided experience on their own phone while your team is busy with someone else. The same approach works anywhere you already have printed material.
Launching from your LMS instead
For assessed training you can also launch scenarios from your LMS via LTI 1.3, so marks land in the gradebook your programme already uses. On the free tier, a published scenario can be shared up to 3 times.
