Can one scenario serve nursing, medicine and paramedic students?

Real clinical situations involve several professions making different decisions about the same patient. Placements rarely put students from different courses in the same room at the same time, but an authored scenario can.

How is a shared scenario built?

It is built once, around one patient, with decision points written for each profession. A deteriorating patient scenario might include the paramedic student's handover, the nursing student's escalation and the medical student's assessment, each marked against that course's own outcomes.

Why is this harder with a bought library?

Libraries tend to be sold profession by profession, which makes a shared scenario harder to arrange. Authoring your own lets the faculty build the interprofessional situation it actually wants to teach, which is often what turns a single-module pilot into a faculty-wide conversation.

How can a mixed group use it together?

The same scenario runs in a browser, on phones and tablets, on headsets and on an immersive wall. A wall suits tutor-led sessions where a whole group works through the scenario at once, and every device reports into the same learner record.
