T Levels
Also known as t level · t-level · t-levels · technical qualification
Two-year technical qualifications for 16 to 19-year-olds in England, developed with employers and combining classroom learning with a substantial industry placement.
A T Level is equivalent in size to three A levels and covers a technical area such as health, digital, construction or engineering. Students take core content and an occupational specialism, and the industry placement with an employer is a required part of the course.
Placements can be hard to secure in some sectors. Simulation and immersive content can help students prepare for the workplace before a placement starts.
